Here
is an example of a 3 days training (5 sessions)
- 1st session : To evaluate the
level of each paddler (with a video analysis)
- 2nd session : To paddle on the
2 spots which are located at the beginning of the course
in order to work on the basis (the position in the wave,
the look…)
- 3rd session : To carry on what
has been seen in the previous session and to work on three
moves chosen by the paddler. Video analysis: to see the
progress you have made and to give an appreciation.
- 4th session : To paddle on the
different spots of the course. The aim is to become confident
in different situations and waves.
- 5th session : To paddle at Hawaï
sur Rhône, Lyon.
Each session is favorable to exchanges
between the paddlers. The interactions on a given theme
are important (ex: about the moves, stretching….)
The planning of the trainings is not definitive.
It can be adapted depending on the weather forecast, the
water level, and the wishes of the paddlers. |
